A fantastic night of great speakers, food and wine, raffles, silent auctions and live auctions with awesome items you help the next generation of story-tellers fro Aotearoa.
Some talented new writers come from humble origins and have limited financial resources. Our first goal as a charitable Trust is to create scholarships for promising writers who might otherwise be on the margins of society.
This fundraiser will help us provide scholarships for talented young / Maori / Pasifika writers.
We're lucky at the Creative Hub to have some of the leading authors in the country offering their hard-won skills to the next generation. They include Tessa Duder, Elizabeth Smither, Stephanie Johnson, Kapka Kassabova, Judith White, to name a few. Several of our tutors have won the Prime Minister's Award for Literary Achievement- the nation's highest literary award.
